The Fitness Area. Work out the way you like it.

We offer 3 different areas where you can work out.

• A cardio room with the latest models of TechnoGym's EXCITE treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes etc. Our Synchros are equipped with the latest Excite VISIO TV screens with games and ready to use with your Ipod and USB stick.
• A strength room with lots of TechnoGym's SELECTION line.
• An area with free weights and benches.

There is a trainer available to help you with a program or a specific question. Hours: Monday through Friday from 8.30 am - 11.00 am and Monday through Thursday from 5.00 pm - 8.30 pm

Personal trainers on an hourly rate base are also available. You must be a member to be able to contract a Personal Trainer. Please ask our reception for more info.

All rooms are airconditioned. We have a professional weight and BMI scale available.
