第九条政策

CCMS is committed to encouraging and sustaining a healthy and safe learning community that is free from sex/性别 discrimination, 骚扰, 和暴力.  为此目的, and consistent with 第九条 of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and the Violence Against Women Act, CCMS implements a comprehensive policy that applies to admissions, 就业, and all other CCMS education programs and 活动 whether academic, 教育, 或课外学习. 第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex discrimination in education programs and 活动 to include sexual 骚扰 and other forms of sexual misconduct. 性包括, but is not limited to, 生理性别, 性别认同, sexual orientation, 和怀孕.  As an 教育 institution receiving federal funds, CCMS is compliant with all requirements under 第九条.
